How to Configure FTP for FileZilla

Download and install FileZilla.
Launch FileZilla by double clicking on it.
Click on File, then Site Manager... (CTRL-S).
Click on the New site button and give it a name. On your right, fill out the following information:
- Protocol: FTP - File Transfer Protocol
- Host: [Information found in your DiscountASP.NET Control Panel under Account Info/Edit]
- Port: 21
- Encryption: Select either Use explicit FTP over TLS if available or Only use plain FTP
- Logon type: Normal
- User: [Information found in your DiscountASP.NET Control Panel under Account Info/Edit. Please note that you will need to include the account number, the pipe character and your user name.]
- Password: [password you set]
- Click the OK button when you're done.
Click on the Open the Site Manager button (down arrow) and select the newly created profile to connect.

Start CuteFTP
You should see the "Connection Wizard" dialog box, click "Cancel."
Click File > Connect/Connect to bring up the Site Properties connection window (or press "Ctrl" + "T").
Enter a name to identify your account in the label for site box.
Enter in the FTP Host Address box. You can either enter your FTP address (ftp.YourHostedDomainName.com, or the alternative/secondary FTP address (for an Everleap account use: ftppub.everleap.com). Your FTP information can be found in the Account Information/Site Overview Section of Control Panel.
Enter your 'FTP username' in the Site Properties "User Name" box.
Enter your password in the "Password" box.
Set "Login method" to: normal.
Click "Connect."

How to configure SmartFTP to access your website:

Start SmartFTP.
Click "File," then "New Connection."
Enter your FTP server/host name into the "Host" box. Your FTP login information can be found in the Account Information section of Control Panel (for your Everleap account navigate to your Site Overview page).
Enter your FTP account logon and password in the "User" and "Password" boxes.
The "Add to Favorites..." field may automatically be completed by the program, but can be edited if you wish to change it.
Click "OK" to finish.
The newly added "Remote Browser" profile will automatically load, and will also load automatically whenever the program is launched.
