How to cancel an add-on service

Add-ons are canceled by the billing department.

You can request an add-on cancellation at any time. Please use the support portal to send a helpdesk ticket to our billing department and indicate which add-on service you wish to cancel.

If you have multiple root domain pointers or databases, please be sure to specify which service you wish to cancel.

What to do prior to requesting a web hosting account cancellation

When your account is canceled all web site files, databases and email messages are deleted from our system.

We recommend that you download your entire web site, create and download backups of your databases, and download your email prior to initiating cancellation.

What happens when canceling within 30 days of account activation

If the effective cancellation date is 30 days or less from the opening date for the account, you qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee.

All monthly hosting fees that we collected will be refunded to the same credit card used for account activation within 30 days.

Please note that setup fees, bandwidth add-ons, and domain name fees are non-refundable.

Log in to Control Panel and go to account cancellation to fill out the cancellation form.

Your cancellation will be processed within a few business days.
