CURL on Windows 2008/IIS 7

Our Windows 2008/IIS 7 servers run on 64 bit processors/platforms. At this point in time there is not a 64 bit compatible CURL compilation available, so we cannot support CURL on our Windows 2008/IIS 7 servers.
