You can upload using Visual Studio. This requires FrontPage extension installation which is available for free. FrontPage Extensions are enabled on your account using the FrontPage tool in the Control Panel IIS Tools.
NOTE: FrontPage extensions is only supported on our Windows 2003 hosting platform.
Beginning with VS.NET 2005, Visual Studio supports FTP uploads. If you are using VS.NET 2005 or later versions, it is not necessary to enable FrontPage extensions.
